
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 3-4 cups diced chicken
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 scallion minced or 2 TBS minced sweet onion
- 1 stalk celery, diced or minced
- A few hamburger dill pickles, minced or 1 TBS dill relish
- 1 TBS Pickle juice
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- salt to taste
This is another recycled dish from leftover roasted chicken. But canned chicken breast will do just fine or even leftover boiled chicken from Nilagang Manok.
Dice the breast and/or any meat left in the roast but remove the skin and bones. Make as much as there are chicken left.
Cook about 1 cup of macaroni per package instruction, longer if you want softer than al dente. Cook the macaroni in salted water. Drain and cool.
Mix them together and salt it per your taste.
To make it more exciting, try adding halved grapes with it or about 2 TBS. Italian dressing or both.
