You can have a restaurant grade seafood meal at home without going to a Seafood Restaurant and this dish is very easy and quick to make.
All you need are:
- 1 lb. Fresh Shrimp (large) peeled and deveined but leave the tail for aesthetics.
- Fresh lemon wedges
- Dill weed, fresh or dried
- Butter
- Salt
Sprinkle the peeled shrimp with salt then add a couple pinches of separated dill weed. Stir the shrimp with them with your fingers and set aside. Heat a skillet and melt 2 TBS. butter. Sauté the shrimp in the hot butter. Squeeze a couple wedges of lemon or half a lemon on the shrimp. Stir while doing these. Be careful that the shrimp don’t overcook. The shrimp is done when it turns to pink and curls.
Enjoy. Serve with additional lemon wedges.
If you like crispy shrimp heads like served at some Michelin Star restaurants, deep fry them like the above. But first remove the head shell with the horn.
