
Cream together:
- ½ cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
- 1 cup sugar
Add one at a time:
- 2 eggs
Stir in:
- 2 ½ cup sifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Mix in:
- 3 to 4 ripe mashed bananas
- ½ to ¾ cups chopped pecans
Bake in greased & floured loaf pan for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 325°F
