
Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium to large shrimp, shelled and deveined.
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Minced fresh parsley or dill weed for garnish (optional)
Wash the shrimp and drain well. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the shrimp and let them sit for a few minutes.
Heat 2 TBS butter in a skillet on medium heat then add the shrimp. Cook stirring until the shrimp turn to pink and curl. Add the lemon and garlic and cook 1 minute while stirring. Add more butter if it is too dry.
