Pecan Pie
1-9 inch unbaked pastry shell 3 eggs 2/3 cups sugar 1 cup dark corn syrup or half dark, half light corn syrup 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup pecan halves Bake in 350°F 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes approximately 3 doz. Beat until creamy: ½ cup butter 2 TBS sugar Add: 1 tsp Vanilla Blend in: 1 cup chopped pecans (fine) 1 cup sifted flour 1 cup shredded coconut (optional) Roll into small balls and bake 300°F for 30 min. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
